Cutie Red (TM: 俏麗鮮紅洋裝 Qiào Lì Xiān Hóng Yáng Zhuāng/JP: キューティーレッド Cutie Red) is an Appendix Card for February/November 2006 and one of the Dress Up Cards that were introduced in Version 4. It was issued by Shogakukan (小学館) in Japan, a company that publishes dictionaries, literatures, and other medias. In the International version, it was part of the main roster to replace Pretty Pink Devil. It was taken out of the main roster from Version 7 onwards.

Japanese
Kyūtī (キューティー): The Japanese Katakana transliteration of the English word Cutie, describing the dress for its cute-like attributes.
Reddo (レッド): The Japanese Katakana transliteration of the English word Red. It refers to the main color of the dress, which is a part of the lucky color.
Taiwanese Mandarin
Qiào Lì (俏麗): Equivalent to the word Pretty or Handsome, complimenting the dress.
Xiān Hóng (鮮紅): It means Bright Red or specifically Scarlet. It directs at the color of the dress.
Yáng Zhuāng (洋裝): The term for Western-Style Clothing.
