Love and Berry Dress Up and Dance! Magic of Happiness

There was one time a bonus where you can get the card Hannari Komachi when you watch this in Japan. It is anime and a CGI movie. The movie was released during March 2007.

Story[]

The story starts out with Love and Berry encouraging the audience to dance along, before it cuts off to the ball scene which plays the two waltzes: Waltz Of The Flowers and Voices Of Spring. A small scene of the movie's title is played out. After the waltz, Miss Maria is introduced into the scene. Love and Berry demand the result, with Miss Maria complimenting on their hard work for the exam. Though, the results are yet to be announced. In the resting room, Love and Berry introduce to each other after finding themselves having one thing in common. They begin to change into their respective outfits, Fitted Tee Girl and Baby Black Tee. Love questions Berry's choice of style and Berry retaliates back at her, although Love considers her outfit cute. Love begins to leave the room to explore the school, with Berry joining later on despite the fact that Berry tried to reason her.

They're soon amazed by the students of fashion magic academy, as Love had a different expectation. Arriving at the hall of alumni, coming from a member of the prestigious witch family, Berry expressed her failures. Love and Berry soon came across the legendary fashion witch's portrait, where the myth is explained by Miss Maria. Eventually, they left the school and went to their separate ways while bearing some grudges. Following the next morning, Love realizes that she's late; bumping Shou on the way and almost falling to the river before Shou catches her. Entranced by his personality and crushing on him, Love snaps back to reality and asks the time, disappearing into the portal that is behind the tree later. As Berry waits, she can't help but to think the worst outcome of Love. Love eventually meets up with her and enters the teachers' meeting, where the Headmistress is introduced. Filled with self-confidence that they will pass, it was shot down by Mr Blad due to their lack of knowledge in fashion. Before Headmistress Izabera announced the results, the scene is shifted to Yumi's school. Friends was briefly sung and Shou interrupts, complimenting her singing before Yumi does not take it well and heads back to the classroom.

Returning back to the teachers' meeting, Headmistress Izabera declared that Love and Berry passed. However, they'll only be admitted if they fulfilled a certain condition, and that is to make one girl in the human world happy with a help of one blank magic card. Headmistress Izabera also stated that they'll be living in her mansion as guests for the sake of the mission. The main characters later reached to their destination, where they are greeted and guided by a mischievous cat called Belulu. During dinner, Headmistress said that a smile is the secret ingredient to a person's beauty. Ending and starting a new day, Love influenced Berry to sneak out the mansion with her. Initially hesitating, Berry finally relented but Belulu attempted to get them into trouble for breaking the rule. Berry tried to catch Belulu and met Shou for the first time, which she also crushed on.

Love and Berry headed back to school to find the Headmistress for permission to head to the city, while also talking about Shou's personal life. Mr Blad arrived on the scene and mocked the two failures. Both the titular characters did not take the criticism well, and got in trouble. Headmistress Izabera forgave them, and their friendship grew stronger. With the Headmistress' permission, they head outside to the city and are awed by the atmosphere. Love bumped into Yumi before the former left to be with Berry. Love and Berry agreed to dance, and soon donned on their respective coordinates: Braided Band, Casual Celeb, and Zipper Pumps for Love and Silky Long, Preppie Marine, and Charming Boot Warmers for Berry. The song, Mysterious Walk played first before ABCD Everything's Okay!, and their outfits changed to Clip On Hair, Coverall Painter, and Cool Star Socks for Love and Fresh Ponytail, Stylish Western, Cowhide Sneakers, and Gorgeous Eyewear for Berry.

After the dance, the audience applauded. Yumi praised their amazing skills, but also doubt on her confidence during the conversation. Love and Berry returned back to the mansion after an exhausting night, and began to tackle on their mission and putting Yumi as their main priority. The titular characters asked Shou to bring Yumi so that they can dress up, in order cheer her up. To their disappointment, none of their magic cheered her up and began to quarrel. Yumi left the house and the scene shifted to her remembering the times of her and a friend Hikari before the latter moved out of town and giving the mascot doll.

Love and Berry felt upset, and made no effort in talking to each other. Berry declared that she should quit and began packing her things up, and Love heard a short message written by Yumi on the radio. Love realized that Berry's left and began to search for her. Shifting to the scene of the school entrance, before Berry could knock the door, Miss Maria arrived in time to motivate her. Love managed to find Berry and the two reconciled. The legendary fashion witch appeared before them and gave them a message of encouragement. With resolution, they began to focused back on their mission. On the day of audition, Yumi met up with the titular characters. With Yumi still not believing herself, Love and Berry urged her not to. They dressed her up in Sweeping Style, Hannari Komachi, and Tri-Ribbon Boots idol style. Seeing the dress by herself, she is reminded of Hikari's mascot. This gave her the drive to sing and attempt to win the audition. The songs Angel and Re-Born are then sung by Yumi. The host later announced the Yumi as the winner, much to Love and Berry's delight.

Yumi met up with Shou, who congratulated her. Love and Berry can be seen looking at the sunset, saying that they learnt something memorable and do not care the exam results outcome. On the next day, Love and Berry are late for the exam result announcement, but immediately stopped on their tracks by Mr Blad. Surprisingly, both of them apologised to the mean teacher. With the sudden change of heart by Mr Blad at the meeting, Headmistres Izabera declared they have passed nonetheless. Each received their token, and the legendary fashion witch reappeared and continued to encourage them. Yumi is seen waiting at the Headmistress Izabera's house intending to relay the good news to Love and Berry, with a surprising twist that she's being contacted by her longtime friend and having a date with Shou. Love and Berry are shocked and disappointed at the same time, as their first love have been taken. This would only be the start of their journey to their showdown, however...

Berry (Voiced by Hisayo Yanai) - A 14-year-old girl born to a prestigious fashionable witch parents. Her affinity is known to be cute and girly clothing.

Yumi (Voiced by Akiko Yajima) - A human girl who aspires to be a singer but is too timid and shy, losing the confidence to pass the Sweet Records audition. Love and Berry help her to become more confident and ready for her audition.
