Jewelry Heels (TM: 寶石高跟涼鞋 Bǎo Shí Gāo Gēn Liáng Xié/JP: ジュエリーサンダル Jewelry Sandal) is one of Footwear Cards that were introduced in 2004 Fall-Winter Collection/Version 1. It was taken out of the main roster from 2006 Autumn Collection/Version 8 onwards but returns back in Best Collection being in the 5th rank.
Before the public opening of the game, it was one of the Sparkling Location Test Cards. There's a chance that this card is included in the ~DS Collection~ Official Card Pack.
After the cease of Oshare Majo and Version 12 finished circulation, Jewelry Heels returns into the main roster starting Version 13 Classic (Which was the re-release/remake of Version 1).

Etymology
Japanese
Juerī (ジュエリー): The Japanese Katakana transliteration of the English word Jewelry, the theme of the footwear.
Sandaru (サンダル): The Japanese Katakana transliteration of the English word Sandal. Despite the footwear being a high heel type, it's likely referring to the golden chains. Openwork upper is a prominent characteristic of a sandal.
Taiwanese Mandarin
Bǎo Shí (寶石): It means Gemstone or Gem, referring to the said feature of the footwear.
Gāo Gēn Liáng Xié (高跟涼鞋): It roughly translates to High-Heeled Sandals, presumably a high heel sandal hybrid.
English
Jewelry Heels: The name of the card is almost identical to the Japanese version, with the exception of Heels replacing Sandal to match the footwear's appearance.
Trivia
- According to the Best Collection numbering, this was the 5th most popular card around that time.
