Hanaippai (花いっぱい): 花 is equivalent to the word Flower and いっぱい refers to 一杯, used as an suffix for all of..., the entire..., or full of.... This forms the meaning full of flowers, describing the gown's appearance.
Doresu (ドレス): The Japanese Katakana transliteration of the English word Dress.
Taiwanese Mandarin
Huā Yuán (花園): It means Flower Garden or simply Garden. This presumably describes the flower prints surrounding the hoop of the dress.
Wǎn Lǐ Fú (晚禮服): A term for Evening Dress or Party Dress, which the latter makes sense based on the gown's appearance.
English
