Trump Design Cards (トランプデザインカード Toranpu Dezain Kādo) are a variation of cards that were introduced in the Best Collection and continue to come until the Finale Collection. They were originally older cards that have been taken out of the main roster, and only stay for a limited time before next set of batch comes to the next collection. As of the Riviere Collection, cards from the Dress Up Card category are basically re-textures of older cards (similar to Cutie Red and Colorful Dot). They are considered extremely rare and only around 1 to 4 cards of those kind are available in arcade machines. Their theme revolves around Playing Cards.
Few cards are an exception, such as Colorful Dot and Mighty Uyun, who are Appendix Cards.

The border is in a rainbow gradient, with a cut-out design and hints of "Alice in the Wonderland" story motif. A silhouette of Love, Berry, and Miesha can be seen spreading around the cut-out. Within the border, is a primarily pink-checkered pattern with the main four symbols of the playing cards: Heart, Diamond, Club, Spade. The game's logo is in the middle while the card's owner name and instructions remain the same but bolded in hot pink. On top of the barcode, there are the four playing cards' knights and a deck of three cards with a heart behind.
