Tiered Bell (TM: 藍蝶飛舞千層裙 Lán Dié Fēi Wǔ Qiān Céng Qún/JP: ティアードクロシェット Tiered Clochette) is one of Dress Up Cards that were introduced in 2006 Winter Collection/Version 9. It was eventually taken out of the main roster from the 2007 Autumn Collection onwards.
After the cease of Oshare Majo and Version 12 finished circulation, Tiered Bell returns into the main roster starting Version 20 Classic (Which was the re-release/remake of Version 9).

Japanese[]
Tiādo (ティアード): The Japanese Katakana transliteration of the English word Tiered, another word for Layered. It refers to the hoop skirt, which are layered in laces.
Kuroshetto (クロシェット): The Japanese Katakana transliteration of the French word Clochette, which can mean (little) Bell or Bellflower. It's the gown's motif.
Taiwanese Mandarin[]
Lán Dié (藍蝶): It means Blue Ribbon, as 藍 means Blue and 蝶, referring to Butterfly, is like a figurative for Ribbon due to its appearance.
Fēi Wǔ (飛舞): It means to dance in the air or to flutter. According to the card's description, it describes the laces performing this action.
Qiān Céng Qún (千層裙): It refers to Multi-Layered Skirt.
